“Kōyō” Artist Edition by Paul Pope- available Thursday 3/19
Hello Nakatomi peoples!
As part of the now cancelled Flatstock poster convention at SXSW that was to take place this weekend here in Austin, we were planning a signing at our booth by artist Paul Pope, as well as a release of the new full- color Artist Edition of “Kōyō”! Well, SXSW’s loss is the internet’s gain, as we’re now releasing the full edition to the Nakatomi Nation online!
This hand-printed silkscreen art print measures 20″ x 30″ and is hand numbered in a limited edition of just 175 copies worldwide. Prints will be on sale at 2pm CENTRAL time in the Paul Pope section of the Nakatomi store HERE. Prints will be $75 each.
Artfully colored and skillfully separated by artist Tyler Winters Skaggs, under the direction of Pope, this 7-color art print is printed on 100lb French Paper Index White- a beautiful, naturally toned paper with flecks of pulp throughout.
BONUS– while supplies last, each print ordered will come with a limited edition Paul Pope THB or MEKBOX enamel pin. Please specify in the notes which you’d prefer! We may substitute if one is no longer available.
Thank you all so much, see you next week for the on line release of the rest of our cancelled SXSW exclusives!
