All packages will (lovingly) ship from Austin, TX via USPS. Each package ships with a delivery confirmation number that is trackable on www.USPS.com. We can't ship to any FPO's or APO's. Sorry. Please don't hate us.
Domestic (U.S.A.)
Orders for all of our in-stock items will usually ship within 48 hours with delivery confirmation via USPS. All poster orders will ship in a sturdy double-walled brown telescoping tube with metal caps. For your posters safety, both ends of the tube will be sealed with tape and the poster itself will be rolled in brown craft paper, with the ends cushioned with bubble wrap. Believe us when we say we don't screw around when shipping. We do things right.
NOTE: With pre-sell items (Nakatomi Invitational, etc.), they will ship as soon as they hit our hands.
ALSO PLEASE NOTE: Nakatomi Invitational orders will ship AFTER THE END OF THE MONTH during which the order was placed. Thx!
International
International orders will ship via US First Class International Airmail. The USPS quotes 7-10 days for your order to arrive, but it can realistically take up to three weeks depending on your location and local customs offices. All import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns / Exchanges
No refunds. If you mistakenly order the wrong size, please ship it back to us and we will switch it out for what you need. Please include a copy of the original invoice and a note clarifying the exchange. Please check the sizing charts on the item pages to make sure the product will fit. If an item is damaged in transit, please ship it back and we will issue a replacement.
